Mark DeSantis

Owner/Licensed Massage Therapist

Mark is the founder and owner of Quality of Life Massage & Wellness. 

Mark graduated with honors from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2012.

His training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Sports Massage and Acupressure. Mark's philosophy is to establish a therapeutic connection with each client according to their individual needs. This is achieved through careful communication before, during and after every session. He strives to listen, observe and stay tuned-in and focused on the client at all times.

Gloria Creamer

Licensed Massage Therapist

Gloria is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She is licensed in the state of Connecticut, is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and has close to a decade of experience giving therapeutic massage.

Gloria’s massage is a blend of deep tissue, myofascial, and Swedish massage techniques. She works in pace with your breath to gradually release muscle tension associated with stress, postural dysfunction, and injury.

Gloria provides a safe, tranquil space and an intuitive touch for every client. She encourages communication so that your massage can be customized to meet your unique needs and preferences.

Ariana Henriquez

Licensed Massage Therapist

CT License # 9914

Ariana is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. 

Her signature style is a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques intended to provide relaxation while seeking and addressing root causes of muscle tension. 

Ariana is dedicated to helping her clients achieve optimal wellness and is driven by the continued progress she sees in her many regular clients. 

Her calm, friendly, and caring energy will put you at ease from the moment you step in the door. 

Ariana is an avid crafter: she makes stunning floral arrangements and sea shell wreaths in her free time. 




Rachel Brodeur

Licensed Massage Therapist

CT License # 5617

Rachel graduated from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2008. She then went on to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Athletic Training from Marist College in 2014 and in 2016 she obtained a Masters Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut. 

Rachel applies her extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to address each client's individual needs. 

In Rachel's spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, and making soy candles.

Echo Alexander-Mackin

Licensed Massage Therapist

CT License # 7567

Echo graduated the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2012. 

Her signature massage style incorporates deep tissue massage techniques and stretching for clients looking to improve mobility.

She is also a certified Reiki practitioner and has completed master-level training. (Learn more about Reiki here)

Echo is passionate about improving lives through her practice of massage. She provides an individualized experience to each client and always takes the time to answer questions, share her knowledge and provide helpful tips for maintaining wellness. 

In her leisure time, Echo enjoys learning about alternative healing modalities and is particularly interested in crystal therapy.

Caitlin Watts

Licensed Massage Therapist

CT License # 9388

Caitlin is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. She also possesses a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts. 

She particularly shines when helping clients with specific musculoskeletal issues that require more focused attention. For these cases she applies her knowledge and skills in deep tissue,  accupressure and trigger point therapies to provide relief. 

Caitlin's compassionate nature and intuitive hands make her a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing Swedish or Pregnancy massage. 

In Caitlin's free time she enjoys hiking, crocheting and making herbal extracts for home use to keep her family healthy and chemical-free.
