Mark is the founder and owner of Quality of Life Massage & Wellness.
Mark graduated with honors from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2012.
His training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Massage, Sports Massage and Acupressure. Mark's philosophy is to establish a therapeutic connection with each client according to their individual needs. This is achieved through careful communication before, during and after every session. He strives to listen, observe and stay tuned-in and focused on the client at all times.

Brittany spent many years working along side a Chiropractor in New Hampshire.
She was also an Environmental Steward for Maine State parks and developed interpretative nature walks, organized volunteers to clean up invasive species and to do trail maintenance such as building water bars and retaining walls to prevent erosion.
